Services described

Pages on this site describe professional consultations for loyalty programme redemption analytics. Pricing is informational. A separate written proposal or statement of work governs each paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Visual packs, charts, and written commentary we create for a client remain licensed to that client for internal business use. WillowBase retains the right to reuse anonymised methods and chart structures. Site content, branding, and design are owned by WillowBase Service Ltd.

Client materials

You warrant that redemption exports and catalogue lists you provide may lawfully be shared with us for the engagement, and that personal data has been minimised or appropriately authorised.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WillowBase Service Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on consultation outputs beyond the scope stated in the statement of work. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
