Extended story: Northern retail coalition
In late 2024 a coalition of regional retailers asked WillowBase to examine twelve months of redemptions across three related catalogues. Members earned points in grocery but redeemed mostly in a partner café network — a pattern buried in separate extracts.
We reconciled the files, mapped café redemptions by daypart, and showed that evening vouchers outpaced lunch offers by a wide margin in two cities only. The coalition retired two slow partner lines and expanded evening café stock before the spring points reminder campaign. The engagement ran four weeks because dual-brand SKU mapping took longer than expected; the final pack still landed ahead of the campaign freeze date.
