What we collect
- Enquiry form details: name, email, consultation interest, preferred timing, and message content
- Correspondence related to proposals and engagements
- Client-provided extracts for analytics work, which should be minimised and shared under your instructions
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to requests and prepare proposals (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Engagement data is processed to deliver contracted consultations (contract). Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept them (consent).
Retention
Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for a live contract or legal claim. Engagement working files follow the retention schedule in the statement of work, typically 12–36 months after project close, then secure deletion or return.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
International transfers
We aim to keep personal data within the United Kingdom. If a processor outside the UK is used, we apply appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
