WillowBase fees are quote-based once we see scheme size and file condition. The figures below are starting points for planning — they are informational only and do not constitute a checkout or payment offer.

What changes the fee
- Number of brands or catalogues in scope
- Whether redemption files need heavy reconciliation
- On-site briefings outside Greater Manchester (travel billed at cost)
- Extra revision rounds beyond what each consultation includes
Deposits
For Pattern Reviews and Health Assessments we typically request a 40% deposit to reserve analyst time. Monthly packs are invoiced monthly in advance.

Send an enquiry with approximate monthly redemption volume and the window you want examined. We reply within two working days with a scoped estimate.
