What to send us before a redemption review

Most delays on Redemption Pattern Reviews come from files, not from chart design. Use this checklist before your kickoff call.

Files that help

• Twelve months of redemption events with date, channel, reward ID, points burned, and store or region where available
• Active catalogue list with reward names and points required
• A short calendar of major promotions or expiry campaigns in that window
• Notes on any mid-year partner additions or removals

Files that slow us down

Multiple overlapping extracts with different reward ID schemes and no mapping table. Screenshots of dashboards without underlying rows. Member-level contact fields that are not needed for aggregate charts — please minimise personal data before sharing.

Timing tip

If your export process takes a week, say so early. We schedule walkthroughs after clean data arrival, not after the first incomplete drop.
